Encompass

Who are we?
Encompass is a community coalition focused on preventing and reducing substance misuse in Northborough and Southborough. Staff from Northborough Health and Human Services Department, Southborough Youth and Family Services and Health Departments and Public Schools of both Northborough and Southborough collaboratively lead this coalition.

Encompass members strive to support the health of residents and families, address access to substances, and make environmental and policy changes to reduce substance misuse.  In September of 2023, Encompass was awarded a $625,000 5-year grant from the federal Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program.

How can we get involved?
Encompass membership is open to anyone who supports our mission and who lives in Northborough or Southborough or who works for an organization or agency serving Northborough and Southborough. To learn more about Encompass, subscribe for notifications here: Notify Me | Northborough MA

Community members under 18 are encouraged to join our Youth Coalition to provide their perspectives on the issue of youth substance use. The Youth Coalition works on data collection, educational projects and outreach opportunities.
