The Northborough Department of Health and Human Services is committed to the health and wellness of all Northborough residents. We address the diverse human service needs of our town through equitable programs that focus on disease surveillance and prevention, environmental health, behavioral health promotion and education.

Guided by the Board of Health and the Youth Commission, the Northborough Health and Human Services Department strives to build a healthier and more resilient community for everyone who lives, works, and plays in Northborough.
