Planning Board Public Hearing Notices & Meeting: 06/09/2026 - 6:00PM

In accordance with MGL Ch. 40A Sections 5 and 9, the Northborough Planning Board will hold public hearings on June 9, 2026 at 6:00pm for the following purposes:

To seek public opinion on a Scenic Road application submitted by Corriveau Development LLC for 17 Green Street, Map 37, Parcel 115, in the Residential B Zoning District. The Applicant seeks approval to remove approximately 80 linear feet of stone wall within the limits of the Green Street right-of-way to construct a cul-de-sac to serve three single-family homes.

To seek public opinion on an application for a special permit for a nonresidential accessory use, a groundwater special permit and a special permit with site plan approval submitted by Saint-Gobain Research North America for the construction of a temporary gravel parking lot and laydown area of approximately 39,200 square feet at 10 Goddard Road, Map 17, Parcel 11, in the Industrial District and Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 2.
